Cancellations: Cancellations for pet sitting visits must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled service. You will be charged for any scheduled visits that fall within a 24 hour period of cancellation. Dog walking clients may cancel anytime prior to service, including the day of service. Provided we have not shown up at your home, your dog walking visit will be credited to another day.
Sick pets should be under the supervision of a professional veterinarian. We will not schedule visits to pets who are known to be ill; however, we will gladly provide service to pets who simply require medication or have special requirements, such as elderly pets.
Payment. We accept serveral forms of payment, including: checks, cash, and all major credit cards. An invoice will be sent by email automatically and you may pay by credit card through a secure website or leave a check on the kitchen counter made out to PAWSitive Outings.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance for returning clients and 7 days in advance for new clients. Last minute reservations taken on a case by case basis for established clients only.
